Bas Meelker (1972) is a well known professional Dutch wildlife and landscape photographer. He began his photographic carreer in 2002 and has been published in several national and international media. He gives workshops and talks and his work area has been extended with project -, travel photography and advertising photography.

His wildlife and nature photography has won several awards in national and international photo contests and several renowned magazines have published articles and interviews concerning Bas Meelker and his work.
